PCPI’s Quality Improvement Program wants to identify and highlight the exciting work being done by member organizations to improve care and advance patient safety. From these successful programs, peers may gain valuable insights and lessons, which may be used to create new national QI programs. If you have a QI program that you think others can learn from, please complete the PCPI QI Case Story Survey. The information will be used in articles, webinars, conference sessions, and added to a searchable story repository in the PCPI online community. The goal is to support rapid development and implementation of national QI initiatives. In time, we expect that PCPI and the online community can serve as a learning network – a marketplace of knowledge, resources and ideas – to spur on national improvement for to better care, as well as greater clinician and patient satisfaction.
