|PCPI Call for Abstracts|
PCPI invites members of the healthcare community to submit abstracts for presentation for our ongoing webinar series or for breakout sessions at our November 2019 annual conference in Chicago IL. This year’s conference theme is “The Quality Landscape: Charting the Course for Success.” The meeting will feature a range of talks, discussions, and networking opportunities on furthering the reaches of quality with experts and thought leaders in measurement, registries, and quality improvement.
Let your research make its mark - this is an opportunity to share your work in health and healthcare quality with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Authors are encouraged to submit proposals for conference breakout sessions in one or more of the following categories:
Abstracts for our webinar series may have a wider range of topics as related to measurement, registries and data, and quality improvement. Participants at all career stages are encouraged to submit one or more abstracts for consideration.
Abstracts are limited to approximately 500 words. The submission form includes:
Abstract submission and review process
To submit an abstract, please fill out the Abstract Submission form below. Emailed, mailed or faxed submissions will not be accepted. Abstracts for conference sessions are due by May 19, 2019, 11:59pm CT. Abstracts for webinars will be accepted on a rolling basis. Abstracts will be reviewed by their respective PCPI advisory committees for inclusion in PCPI programming and acceptance will be based on content and overall program balance.
Criteria for evaluation of abstracts are as follows:
Breakout sessions will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019 and speakers for abstracts chosen for conference sessions will receive up to two complimentary registrations and travel accommodations for the 2019 PCPI Conference.
Approvals for conference sessions will be sent out during the month of June and webinar abstracts will be approved or denied within a month of submission.
