QI Projects & Services

Quality Improvement Projects & Services

PCPI partners with a number of organizations to explore and test cross-cutting improvement initiatives; we then share lessons learned with PCPI members and the broader health care delivery system.

Activities:

Live, in-person sessions and workshops:

PCPI offers live, in-person workshops held in conjunction with its membership meetings, including the Introduction to Healthcare Quality Improvement pre-conference workshop with 3 hours of CME. One-hour, full-day and multi-day conference sessions or workshops are available to member organizations, which they may offer a stand-alone or as pre-conference workshop to their members. These longer programs may incorporate a custom agenda using content from the skills-building webinar series. Individual topics may be offered as live webinars, including an abbreviated Introduction to Healthcare QI. CME/CE may be arranged through the requesting organization.

Additional Services:

  • PCPI provides custom training and consulting in didactic and workshop formats to member organizations’ staff teams, boards of directors, and members, in both small- and large-group settings.
  •  PCPI may also serve as an improvement adviser to plan and manage QI programs and projects, including learning collaboratives.
